Last week after Ashley drove us around to see different neighborhoods around SLC we found a home and lot we liked in the Ranches, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The property is located about three miles west of Lehi Crossing where there are many stores. It will be about 10 minutes to the I-15 freeway where it runs through Lehi.   

The home will look like this with a third car garage.  The home will be oriented opposite of this home.  There will be 1500 square feet above and 1500 square feet of basement with a walkout and three windows.  The basement is unfinished. It is about the same square footage as the Stevenson Ranch house.

The home will be on lot 61 with nobody behind or to the right of us but drainage:

This is our realtor who was helped me walk the corners of the 1/3 acre site.  I am at the north east corner of the property.  The home will be to the right of our realtor.
